RESPONSIBILITIES & MISSIONS
- Focus particularly on legal matters related to contract law, corporate law and tax law
- Provide legal advice and support for internal clients (Sales, Purchasing, General Management, IT, Finance, Marketing, etc.),
- Contribute to the Group's tax activities during merger, acquisition and reorganization
- Provide legal advice and support on transfer pricing concepts to relevant transactions and business models
- Negotiate, draft and review all types of contracts in an international context
- Support in drafting standard agreements for the Group
- Manage litigation files in liaise with the internal complaint department and external law firm
PROFILE
- Graduated from a Master 2 degree in business law with a specialization in tax law
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in an international company or in an international business law firm
- You have a good command of the law of obligations and contracts as well as good knowledge of business tax law, in particular in connection with cross-border M&A transactions and restructuring; knowledge in Common Law would be a plus
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is a requirement; command of legal contractual English is essential.
- Business oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Thrives at working cross-functionally.
- Good judgement and capacity to gather and review all relevant data and information to advise the business in the Group’s best interest
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Curious, creative, pays great attention to details and open-minded
