Job description

Our finance functions deal with several key areas including planning, organizing, auditing and accounting for and controlling all of our finances. This area also has the vital function of producing the business financial reports and statements at the end of each year.

Upon completion of the 18 month programme, successful graduates are offered the opportunity to attain professional qualifications through the relevant professional bodies. We offer financial support and study leave for those pursuing these relevant financial qualifications.

Opportunities in this area are within our Central European Finance and Controlling Team based out of our offices in Dublin, Ireland. There is also the potential for a role in our Central team in Zurich.

The job includes assisting in month end accounts preparation & balance sheet reporting
 Preparation of commercial sales & margin reports
 Review costs and assist with budgeting & forecasting with local cost centre owners
 Rebate (LTA agreements) calculations and reporting
 Complete tax returns
 Co-ordinate with Shared Service Centre on behalf of local finance (Creditor reconciliations,
payroll KPIs, accounts receivable etc.)
 Assist in improving BI and SAP reporting
 Internal control review
 Group reporting templates
 IFRS statutory accounts preparation
 Assist with audit
 Ah hoc project work

Desired profile

 Professional exams started (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
 Strong academic record
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
 Ability to work on own initiative and multitask
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Strong attention to detail
 Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
 SAP & BI experience an advantage
