We pioneer.
The position offered is for a Working Student (Werkstudent) within the Vendor Management team of the German Shoes business. It offers the opportunity to support the team in end-to-end management of the supply chain for selected top vendors in Germany.

The role is based in Munich (20 hours/week) and will be covering topics such as:
· Work with Vendor Operations Managers, Planners, Pricing Managers, and other team members on expanding selection, executing promotional campaigns, and optimizing sourcing
· Support the Vendor Management team in collecting manufacturer catalog data and processing pre-orders in the respective systems
· Work in close connection with the central Planning & Operations Management team to test and introduce new tools and processes
· Drive system/process improvements for Vendor Management working with technical teams, vendor operations, and inventory management

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Student currently enrolled in a university program (logistics, supply chain management, economics, engineering, or any math-heavy degree)
· A passion for numbers and solving complex problems, as well as an outstanding attention to detail
· Data analysis skills – e.g. advanced excel skills, pivot tables, experience in market and business analysis
· Willingness to roll-up one's sleeves and take ownership for individual processes
· Business-fluent in English but also German
