Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n Werkstudenten/in Business Intelligence Engineering (w/m) für 6-12 Monate (20 Arbeitsstunden/ Woche) in Berlin.

The Alexa 3P team is seeking a working student in Business Intelligence to define how the EU teams use data to understand customer behavior and satisfaction. In this role, you will help develop and support the analytic technologies that give our team flexible and structured access to their data, including defining metrics and KPIs, automating reporting, dashboards and data visualization. You will also support leadership and business teams uncover insight with ad-hoc analysis putting your statistical and analytical skills at test.

We are looking for a motivated Working Student Business Intelligence Engineer for 6-12 months (20 working hours/week) based in Berlin.

Hauptaufgaben:
· Du arbeitest mit dem Team, um Daten- und Business-Intelligence-Lösungen zu erstellen, die ihm bei täglichen Vorgängen und strategischen Entscheidungen helfen
· Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit SQL, um Analysen zu erstellen und zum besseren Verständnis unseres Kundenverhaltens beizutragen
· Erfinden und verbessern - Erzähl die Geschichte von Geschäftstrends, Mustern und Ausreißern durch detaillierte Visualisierungen
· Entwerfe Eund entwickle wöchentliche, monatliche und vierteljährliche operative Dashboards, Scorecards und Berichte für unsere Organisation
· Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen internen Partnern zusammen, um die benötigten Informationen zu definieren und entscheidest wie man sie am besten darstellt
· Du unterstützt mit Analysen das die Führungs- und Geschäftsteams

Primary Responsibilities:
· Work with business teams to build and recommend data and business intelligence solutions that help their day-to-day operations and strategic decision
· Be hands-on with SQL to build analyses and contribute to the better understanding of our customer behavior
· Invent and innovate – Tell the story of business trends, patterns, and outliers through rich visualizations
· Design and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational dashboards, scorecards and reporting for the organization
· Work closely with various stakeholders to define the information needed and how best to present it
· Support leadership and business teams with timely recurring and ad-hoc analysis

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Du befindest dich in den letzten zwei Semestern eines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums im Bereich Mathematik, Statistik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
· Du bist einhast ein fortgeschrittener fortgeschrittenes Excel-Nutzer Wissen und hast gute SQL-Kenntnisse und den Wunsch, bei uns mehr zu lernen
· Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
· Dich zeichnet Liebe zum Detail und die Fähigkeit Daten zu analysieren, eine methodische Herangehensweise und ein gutes Verständnis für das Gesamtbild aus
· Du arbeitest ergebnisorientiert und verbesserst gerne Prozesse und Praktiken
· Du arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen und interkulturellen Team

· You are in your last two semesters of a Bachelor's or Master's program
· Your degree is in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a similar field
· You are an advanced Excel user and have good SQL knowledge and the desire to learn more
· You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· You have attention to detail, ability to do in-depth data mining, methodical approach to work while also seeking to understand the big picture
· You will be result driven with the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices
· The personal drive and enthusiasm to deliver perfect results each time
