You will put your analytical and technical skills to the test and roll up your sleeves to complete a project that will contribute to improve the functionality and level of service that teams provides to our customers. You'll have significant impact on our EU career website and most importantly, our customers. This is a great opportunity for you to be part of the EU high volume hiring (HVH) Marketing and Branding team for a new strategic business initiative that is going to improve the customer experience for thousands of website visitors. The location of the role is in Berlin-Mitte.

Your missions can include:
· Help us maintain and improve existing landing pages,
· Design some of our mobile-based features,
· Develop new user-facing features including buttons and banners,
· Create and implement web analytic tracking codes,
· Collaborate with front and back-end developers designers to improve usability,
· Develop recommendation for website enhancements,
· Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders,
· Support the implementation of the Marketing strategy.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· You are currently working towards a 2+ years university degree in computer science or a related field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· You must have the right to work in the country you are applying for.
· Web development fundamentals.
· Proficiency in two or more programming languages (HTTP, PHP, XML, HTML5, CSS, Java script, etc.).
· Understanding of layout aesthetics.
· Understanding of on-page search engine optimizations principals and methodologies.
· You are results-driven with analytical skills and the ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices.
· You should have strong decision making skills, that use sound reasoning and when required use consultation to achieve consensus.
