Position Overview- Training Coordinator:

We currently have the following opportunity available for a Training Coordinator located in Orlando, Florida.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a forward thinking, positive, and high performing team player to join the Wind Service Training Department. Our Coordinator is responsible for forecasting and scheduling training for employees and customers, while demonstrating a clear commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule classes and handle customer requests through organizing and scheduling classes and trainers for the region
• Problem solve, forecast, and fill classes up to 12 months in advance
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments domestic and global to proactively schedule training
• Schedule contract trainers as needed
• Upload and provide certifications to customers in a timely manner
• Partner with training managers to maintain a 95% course fill rate
• Balance resource productivity
• Proactively analyze instructor qualifications for projected class volume
• Coordinate with Global team on best practices
• Support projects in the department related to training and forecasting
• Maintain tracking and storage of required training session documentation
• Responsible for tracking billing and partnering with finance team
• Provide support for online eLearnings
• Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience :
• Strong communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Power Point
• Demonstrated continual success in proactive approach
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Proven success in customer service interactions and problem solving
• Self-motivated and directed
• Experience meeting deadlines and working with various departments or stakeholders
• Ability to manage flexible assignments
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience :
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese
• Scheduling experience
• Project Management training
• Customer Service training
• Microsoft Office 365 and Tableau
• Learning Management Systems
