The Amazon Alexa Recruiting team is seeking a talented results oriented Technical Sourcing Recruiter with a passion for delighting both their business partners and candidates to join the recruiting organization. Specifically, you will work alongside other recruiters who support the Alexa Everywhere organization, which includes the Skills, Alexa Voice Services, and Auto teams. This will be a sourcer recruiting position to pipeline candidates.

Successful sourcers on this team utilize their experience in hunting for talent, leveraging various channels and creative ways to engage talent, synergize with the recruiters on the taking the candidates forward through the process, set expectations clearly up front to candidates, pump quality talent into the funnel. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with candidates, recruiters and the business.

The role can be leveled at an L4 or L5 as a sourcing recruiter. Must have strong sourcing skills in identifying and engaging with tech talent. Sourcers with experience recruiting in the devices/hardware or automotive industries are pluses but not required.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· 3 + years of corporate and/or search firm
· Experience recruiting SDEs and other tech roles
· Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
· CRM/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
· MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
