We are looking for a highly motivated Sr Coordinator/Administrator to support our Global Operations Employee Relations team. The Sr ER Admin will be an integral part of the team providing day-to-day administrative support, designing and running reports, and assisting with projects, papers, events and presentations.

This is a highly matrixed role that provides Administrative and Project support to multiple ER partners and stakeholders. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving ER functional excellence and process improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supporting the ER Leaders/team with calendar and event support Partner with HR and ER stakeholders to understand need for reports; then design, run, and publish on a regular cadence · Run ad-hoc reports from confidential systems and conduct analysis as needed · Organize events, meetings, and off-sites · Lead or support projects as assigned e.g. job leveling document creation, communication materials, etc.
· Track and maintain the project calendar for annual/cyclical HR processes such as OLR, QBRs, headcount planning, performance cycles etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
· 2-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, administration
· A self-starter, able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
· Able to maintain utmost confidentiality and protect sensitive HR Information
· Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
