We are seeking an experienced technology leader to lead a team of brilliant engineers here at AWS Marketplace. If you are innovative, flexible, have strong leadership skills and love to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and software development teams to solve critical business problems, then we wantto talk to you. You will have experience with website architectures, recommendations and personalization technogies, distributed computing and service-oriented architecture and a background in Agile development and knowledge of the scrum processes is highly desired.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
· Strong technical credentials, with at least 2 years experience leading software development teams of 5 or more engineers, ideally with some hands-on architectural or distributed systems experience.
· Prior hands on experience with modern programming languages (Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python) and open-source technologies (Spring, Hibernate etc.) and cloud technologies
