Security Program Manager - Central Security

【Summary Description】

The Security Program Manager will be in charge of dealing with the many kind of the corporate project such as the new business/site set-up or the particular project related to the business issue. Additionally the manager must supervise the security policy/the local law compliance, standardize the procedures and manage the cost for the security operation with a high degree of tact and professionalism. Additional responsibilities include, but not necessarily limited to:

【Role and Responsibility】

1. Global/Regional Project Management for the new business/the new site/the new function launch and KAIZEN
a) Join the global/local project as POC of the JP security team

b) Suggest the plan of the effective security operation for the new business/sites

c) Review the validity of the physical security design that is created by the engineer team

d) Take over the security operation to the field team

2. Policy/local law compliance management, Standardization and Localization (including the workplace incident)

a) Review the draft of the security policy and provide the feedback to GSO

b) Suggest the local regulation such as the exception

c) Work with the legal team for resolving the legal issue

d) Work/support with the internal audit team

3. Supplier management

a) Make the strategy for the management of the security suppliers with the procurement team

b) Make the RFP for the bid and review the suggestion from the vendors

c) Support the research for the new potential supplier

d) Strengthen the network with the counter partners

4. Budget/cost Analysis and management

a) Create the budget (CAPEX/OPEX) for the JP security operation

b) Manage/Analyze the progress of spending the cost

c) Suggest the measures for the cost reduction as needed

5. Support/Consultation for the relevant business team

a) Support for solving the issue or concern of the security operation at each team

6. Support/Empower for all security function team's activity cross-functionally

a) Lead the cross-sectional project in the JP security team

b) Support for solving the issue or concern of the security operation at each team

7. POC for the relevant department in JP and the other countries

a) Strengthen the relationship with the relevant department such as ACES, Operations, Facility and IT by the formal/informal meeting

Essential Skills:

Description

Above 3 years
Experiencing the project management, the security management, the facility management or the general affairs management for the facilities such as the corporate, , the retail store, the factory, the data center or the distribution center

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong familiarity with data bases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, Access, Exception Based Reporting, etc.
· Experience with warehouse or distribution center services
· Loss prevention experience
· Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience
· Familiarity with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and CCTVs
