Amazon Devices is one of the most innovative and fastest growing businesses at Amazon. The Devices Salesforce team is in need of an experienced Salesforce.com Administrator to be the primary point of contact for multiple Devices business groups who require configuration, maintenance, administration, data management, reporting, documentation, and training within our Salesforce.com environment. Candidates must possess the ability to understand business requirements, processes, and build workable solutions in Salesforce.com. This person will collaborate and consult with key stakeholders in Account Management, Business Development, Finance, Sales Operations, Product Marketing and Demand Planning.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to oversee all aspects of managing the Devices Salesforce instance. This person will play a key role in the stability, maintenance, development and growth of our instance. In addition to ensuring system functionality, the Administrator will work globally, across multiple orgs, to support the growing user base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Partner with business stakeholders and Project Managers to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve Device Business needs
· Own and deliver new process updates and projects with cross-functional stakeholders, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, and success tracking
· Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects, and other Salesforce.com customizations
· Improve user experience, solve technical issues, invent creative solutions, ensure data cleanliness and data accuracy across the Salesforce.com instance
· Manage Salesforce.com CRM application including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
· Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
· Communicate updates, gather requirements, problem solve, and prioritize with Salesforce.com users
· Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects
· Maintain Advanced Reporting/Dashboards

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 5+ years of professional Salesforce.com Administrator experience
· 2+ years Salesforce.com TPM experience with a strong focus on workflow, process builder, validation rules and system integrations
· Experience working with global teams
· Experience working on cross-functional projects in a start-up environment
· Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users and training end users
· Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce environments
· Experience with Pardot and other Salesforce applications
· Salesforce.com Administrator (AMD-201) Certification
