To meet this goal, Amazon has invested in Amazon Logistics, a world class last mile operation. We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and organized Program Manager of SLS (Service Level Standards) within the Amazon Flex organization that can help support the right strategies to drive innovation and execute new across the key technology pieces that support the most critical components of this rapidly scaling operation and ensure high delivery quality.

The right PM in this role will support activities to enable broad adoption and provide unparalleled customer experience. They will develop a tactical plan that executes our last mile operation vision forward at Amazon's pace of business. They will lead by example, being just as passionate about operational performance and predictability as they are about all other aspects of the customer experience.
The SLS PM will support, coordinate and facilitate structured quality, performance, and process improvement activities, aligned to the business goals to drive improvement in customer satisfaction. He/she will be required to collaborate with delivery stations, operations, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
· Drive process improvement projects focused on achieving business goals of reduced costs, increased quality and productivity aimed at highest customer satisfaction
· Identify performance improvement opportunities and lead Kaizen/lean projects to drive the improvement effort.
· Conduct meetings with the partners to deep dive into the operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
· Lead root cause identification efforts for defects in our operations
· Educate and train the delivery stations and partners on the usage of tools and dashboard to track and monitor operational metrics
· Work as a bridge between DPs, delivery stations and the leadership to communicate opportunities for process improvement and automation
· Manage productivity and quality metrics to drive operational efficiencies both within Amazon and DP operations
· Create standard work based on Kaizen/lean project learnings and share best practices with other regions
· Ability to manage challenging projects - work prioritization and planning
· Manage and execute entire cross-functional projects from start to finish; including data gathering and manipulation and analysis and communication of insights and recommendations.
· Willingness to travel to delivery stations in the network to gather process insights and drive process improvements
· Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date
· Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, curious, highly motivated and effective within distributed teams

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Professional traits that are not unique to this position, but necessary for Amazon leaders:
· 3+ years of experience in project/program management and facilitation of cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas.
· 3+ years' experience with Improvement projects based on
· SQL and excel skills
· Ability to travel domestically
· Exhibits excellent judgment
· Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)
· Is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business
