The Alexa Smart Home team is focused on making Alexa (and voice) the user interface for the home. Customers around the world love using Alexa to interact with their homes through natural commands and intuitive interfaces. Our vision is that every home worldwide is an Alexa connected home with a diverse and locally relevant set of features and skills.

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive bringing the Alexa Smart Home experience to the homes of customers outside the US. You will work with teams across Alexa, such as Alexa Machine Learning, Business Development, Smart Home Platform and Feature teams, and Marketing.

The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. In this role, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, foresee risks and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs. You will create mechanisms to influence Product roadmaps and have an ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and then drive multiple teams to deliver them in a timely manner.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 3+ years of experience in product, program or project management
· Experience working with Sr. Stakeholders and Executive teams
· Experience leading internal programs to accelerate the pace of product delivery
