Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Program Coordinator, Audible France (m/f), a key position as point of contact among marketing, audio production and publishers to ensure a timely and correct release of all our titles and the effective management of our outstanding audio entertainment catalog. You will be in the front line of our relationship with publishers and internal and external partners to ensure Audible.fr has the most exciting content available, every day and on time.

Main responsibilities:
· Manage and structure Audible.fr release calendar, deciding the best release date for each title in coordination with the marketing department and publishers.
· Collaborate with marketing team and communication agencies on the promotion plans of the most important titles, coordinating the creation of marketing materials as pictures, photos, backstage, interviews, among others.
· Be in contact with studio and audio producers, to ensure a timely delivery of audio files.
· Work with French publishers advising them on the best strategy to develop their audiobook offer.
· Support the content acquisition team for royalty payments and licensing contracts management.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Solid experience in project coordination in publishing, radio, television or cinema for program planning and promotion.
· Experience in managing relationships with content owners and creators.
· Deep knowledge of copyright law and contractual work in the licensing field.
· Knowledge of royalty payment mechanism.
· Fluency in French and English.
· Broad understanding of popular culture across all main media types.
· Passionate, structured and reliable self-starter who is able to take over ownership as well as work within a team.
· Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
· Content marketing experience.
