Amazon’s People Technology team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Sr. Product Manager to drive the implementation of new HR products, while helping to define the future of how Amazon scales and supports its global workforce across all phases of the employee lifecycle.

Do you have strong business process and technical skills and are passionate about using them to improve global business processes used by hundreds of thousands of people? Amazon is migrating to Workday! We’re looking for the best and brightest Workday professionals for multiple roles to design and launch what will be one of the largest Workday deployments in the world. And when Workday can’t meet our needs, we will be looking to develop our own in-house solutions.
The People Technology team at Amazon owns products which support HR business initiatives to continuously improve the user experience of Amazonians throughout the world. In this position, you will work with developers and analysts to build complex integrated solutions using Workday and other in house developed products.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership.
· 3 years working at a consumer-focused software company with large numbers of users.
· Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing.
· Experience working directly with Engineers and UX designers in an Agile development environment.
· Experience working cross-functionally with UX design and software development teams.
· 4-year BA/BS.
