Title: Marketing Specialist II

Location: Seattle, WA

Position Responsibilities:

Drive strategic planning and operational efficiency and effectiveness, working cross-departmentally with M&D, Publicity, Development, Production, Post Production. Analyze and recommend acquisition and fully financed project potential. Provide recommendations based on the review of treatments, scripts, books, promo reels and / or completed films. Develop and present comps, projections and deal terms. Drive marketing and distribution integration and support from green light through delivery on all projects. Manage major festival planning and operations, branding/sponsorships, special projects and drive communications and cadence across M&D team and our partners. Develop and manage internal and external documents and presentation materials for Head of Marketing & Distribution. Manages day to day operations, slate planning, release schedule across all windows, monthly business reviews and the general marketing budget.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Project Manager or a related occupation. Employer will accept three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience with the following skills: working with marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, email, and social media to drive product engagement initiatives; performing market research and competitive analysis to support marketing initiatives using eCPM, ROI, or KPI; and optimizing marketing campaigns through strategic analysis of performance data, traffic, budget, and ROI goals.
