We are seeking a marketing manager to manage Whole Foods Market and Prime Savings content in our owned and operated channels inclusive of gateway on desktop and mobile, email and merchandising on the Prime Member Deals/Prime Savings and Amazon.com/Whole Foods pages. This person will support Whole Foods Market and the Prime Savings Program as a strategic priority in cross-category, cross-channel initiatives during key retail periods (e.g. Holiday, Prime Day, etc.). In this role you will be responsible for owning and maintaining a content calendar for all Whole Foods Market and Amazon owned and operated channel initiatives, driving creative development with a visual designer, writing and editing clear marketing headlines, scheduling all placements, executing messaging and creative tests to optimize the customer experience, developing campaign readouts and scaling best practices based on campaign performance.

Key responsibilities include:
· Drive awareness of Whole Foods Market and the Prime Savings program across desktop and mobile funnels.
· Drive engagement with the Whole Foods Market and Prime Savings program across mobile and web funnels.
· Continuous A/B testing of visual merchandising, including creative imagery, messaging and CTAs.
· Understand and create customer segmentation, cohorts and testing plans to optimize for engagement and acquisition.
· Proactively request new analytics with BI and Metrics teams. Establish and optimize reports and perform detailed analysis to scale best practices.
· Makes recommendations to optimize navigation/ingress points and product pages based on metrics and industry best practices.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS required.
· 3+ years of relevant work experience managing online customer experience, marketing strategies, and site merchandising, preferably in consumer retail, e-commerce or subscription based business.
· 2+ years of mobile app experience in marketing, preferably in consumer retail, e-commerce or subscription based business.
· Proven track record of creating customer segmentation and executing testing plans.
· High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Experience writing customer-facing content.
· Deep understanding of online advertising strategies, A/B testing, and funnel-based acquisition and engagement models.
· Proven track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth from multiple sources including, direct traffic, SEO, search marketing, banner ads, affiliates, mobile, and email.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Familiarity with Excel, SQL (basic queries) and markup languages like HTML/XML.
· Demonstrated success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented. Capable of handling multiple projects/campaigns at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
· Strong analytic and quantitative skills – able to use data to develop and optimize merchandising programs.
· Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating relevant results upwards.
· A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our customer and our business.
