Amazon is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic student to join our fast paced world as an intern. An Amazon EU internship will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment; it will boost your resume and will provide a superb introduction to our activities.

As an intern you will join a newly created team and support the improvement of it's program:
In order to be able to make employee satisfaction measurable, Amazon has create the Connection Team which uses a combination of technologies and exchange of information to actively listen to our employees. In contrast to regular one-sided employee surveys, Amazon Connections engages in an ongoing conversation between all Amazonians and the company's leaders, which enables to listen to the voices of the employees separately as well as collectively.

For 3 to 6 months, you will put your analytical and communication skills to test and roll up your sleeves to complete projects, in an international team. You'll support the team when it comes to local deployment and adjustment of the program n various locations, analyzing results for the sites and their teams, making sure service level agreements are met and more generally ensuring the program is effectively managed.
For instance you could be (list is indicative and not comprehensive):
- supporting the question-management with the coordination of necessary approval procedures and with the monitoring of the approval status
- Analysis of data and identification of trends and global topics, which emerge through the daily questions, as well as provision of suitable actions for our stakeholders
- reporting and communication in real-time
- following up on implementation of actions that result from the survey analysis
- supporting the process inspection for validating program processes
- Buildup of strong connections with the EU Connections Program Team in order to improve effective networking and the exchange of Best Practices.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· You are currently working towards a 2+ years university degree in HR, Economics, Computer/Data Science, Marketing, social sciences, humanities, or a related field - at least a module on surveys building and analysis (& statistical analysis) is highly preferred
· You have the right to work in the country you are applying for.
· You will be able demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
· You have a very good knowledge of excel
· You will be results driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.
· You are able to be optimistic, enthusiastic and to engage teams around you to improve morale.
