Are you an extraordinary communicator who can translate complex business concepts into clear, concise and appealing content? Amazon's Alexa Data Services Knowledge Management team is looking for an exceptional Instructional Designer with superb critical thinking skills and excellent judgment.
Specifically the Instructional Designer‘s will:
· Perform needs and task analyses, scope projects, and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the learning needs of Data Associates in multiple global locations
· Design, develop, and evaluate training for multiple modalities and a global audience.
· Prioritize effectively to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives through the full instructional design process.
· Collaborate effectively with other teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to support launches of new products and services, as well as supporting enhancements to existing products and services.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
· 1-3 years of experience in a major corporate training environment, including instructional design projects for multiple teams or groups
· Knowledge and proven application of learner-centered, performance-based instructional theories and adult learning principles in face-to-face, virtual classroom, and self-directed eLearning modalities
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong self-directed project management skills
