We are currently looking to recruit in our Human Resources team a:

 HR Business Partner (m/f)

Your responsibilities

·  Take over a central role in our HR- team and act as privileged contact person for dedicated population;
·  Assure successful introduction and monitoring of our people;
·  Establish an operational and generalist HR capability to support employees in their day-to-day HR matters;
·  Be the HR champion in the performance management process;
·  Coordinate global mobility programs and work closely with the global mobility team;
·  Act as a change agent and manage deployment of people initiatives and programs within the allocated Service Line;
·  Build and maintain influential relationships based on trust with your dedicated population to ensure effective collaboration;
·  Providing and analyzing periodic reports and statistics;
·  Work closely with the local HR team to respond to queries where a specific functional knowledge or escalation are required;
·  Contribute to policy updates as needs arise;
·  Participate in relevant ad-hoc projects as appropriate.

Your profile

·  You have Master degree, preferably with a specific focus on HR or Labor Law;
·  You have a first experience in HR (1 to 3 years) preferably within an international customer driven company;
·  You are fluent in English and French and/or German, any other language would be considered as an asset;
·  You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·  You have a significant knowledge of HR policies, processes and regulations; (Thorough knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law will be a great advantage)
·  You exhibit excellent business acumen;
·  You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment to anticipate the team's needs;
·  You possess a strong customer service culture;
·  You are well organized, flexible, and have excellent communication skills;
·  You are a cooperative, communicative and integrative person - even in tough situations.
