You will be responsible for designing, executing, maintaining and improving our reporting and metrics portfolio. You will work closely with a wide range of business professionals across Amazon to leverage our data in ways that provide business insights. Your data driven mindset will enable you to be a key contributor in our efforts to enhance and drive the strategy in the area of High Volume Hiring (HVH). This is a great opportunity for you to be part of the EU HVH Analytics team for a new strategic business reports that is going to improve the customer experience for thousands of candidates. The location of the role is in downtown Berlin.

Key Responsibilities:
· Retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
· Standardizing and contributing to the continuous improvement of our reporting infrastructure
· Being responsible for bringing forward new ways to better understand our business
· Establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
· You are currently working towards a university degree in a quantitative field, such as Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or similar.

· You're fluent in MS Excel.
·
· You're comfortable working in English.
·
· You already have clearance to work in the country you are applying for, including any visas that may be required on your part.
·
· You maintain close attention-to-detail, with an ability to carry out in-depth data mining; your approach is always methodical as you build understanding of the bigger picture.
·
· You come with the ability to innovate, simplify processes and practices.
·
· You're well organised: confident when working in a fast-paced environment, you stay on top of your deadlines and meet them consistently.
