DESCRIPTION

Kindle Enterprise Marketing is looking for a strategic, inquisitive, and self-motivated B2B Product Marketing Manager to own traffic optimization. The Kindle Enterprise team is focused on enabling businesses of all sizes to purchase and distribute digital books as gifts, for meetings, conferences, and professional development seminars. This role will work cross-functionally with other teams inside and outside of Kindle on initiatives to drive new customer acquisition on Amazon.com and Amazon Business.

We are seeking a high-performing, inventive, results-oriented and customer-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager. A detailed-orientated person with an eye for data who excels in developing, launching, testing, and reporting on segment-specific campaigns. You will also deep dive on performance, optimize content, as well as action marketing opportunities.

You will manage the creation and execution of acquisition and onboarding campaigns, working at both the strategic and tactical level to develop segment-based campaigns and partnerships. This person must also enjoy being a creative contributor and thrive by leaning into ambiguity.

In this role, you will:
· Own the roadmap of experiments, campaigns, and initiatives that increase the quantity of traffic through multiple channels and all associated reporting.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute breakthrough marketing and merchandising initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
· Develop targeting strategies that will improve traffic and customer experience within individual traffic channels.
· Liaise with central traffic channel teams, as well as traffic leads in Amazon Business and Kindle Content to apply, and share best practices.

You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (managing campaigns, analyzing data, drafting documents with insights and recommended next steps). You will take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or other related field.
· 3+ years equivalent work experience in channel marketing.
· Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services.
