Kindle Enterprise Marketing is looking for an inquisitive and self-motivated B2B Digital Marketing Manager to own email marketing and paid channels. The Kindle Enterprise team is focused on enabling businesses of all sizes to purchase and distribute digital books as gifts, for meetings, conferences, and professional development seminars. This role will develop and grow our email channel by executing email campaigns, generating leads, and nurturing prospects to acquire new customers on Amazon.com and Amazon Business.

We are seeking a high-performing, inventive, results-oriented and customer-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager. A detailed-orientated person with an eye for data who excels in developing, launching, testing, and reporting on segment-specific campaigns. You will also deep dive on performance, optimize content, as well as action marketing opportunities.

You will manage the creation and execution of acquisition and onboarding campaigns, working at both the strategic and tactical level to create segment-based emails supported by customized content. You will also execute trigger-based programs, enable test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics. In this role, you will:
· Own campaigns from end-to-end and manage the daily set-up of one-time and automated email campaigns including creating and editing email templates, manage targeting and segmentation, scheduling, editing, and deployment to drive program adoption at scale.
· Manage a monthly email calendar to document and schedule all email communications.
· Managing Paid Social campaigns and a calendar to support acquisition efforts.
· Optimize key metrics including click-through-rates, open rates, and cost of acquisition.
· Manage a continuous, meticulously planned and documented testing plan to improve performance of the email channel.
· Maintain brand and channel standards with stellar attention to detail.
· Track email best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations.
· Maintain the high quality and accuracy of email templates and email lists.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or other related field.
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in creating, scheduling, testing, and executing one-time and automated email campaigns.
· Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services.
· Experience using and editing HTML as well as working with email service providers such as ExactTarget, Pardot, Marketo, and Vertical Response, to name a few
