As a Program Manager on the Amazon Devices team, you will develop the strategy, framework, and compliance measures for our digital asset management system. You will work globally and cross-functionally, across multiple Amazon organizations, to support the digital asset lifecycle, from the point of creation and ingestion by creative teams to the point of internal and external asset delivery.

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of a global enterprise-level digital asset management system (DAMS)
- Manage the external vendor relationship to maintain DAMS stability and accomplish necessary system backups, customizations, integrations, hardware/software upgrades, daily troubleshooting, as well as the long-term planning and product development
- Define the vision for the full lifecycle process of all digital assets, working cross-org to develop workflows for asset ingestion, storage, delivery, and expiration to internal and external users, while creating efficiencies and mechanisms between teams.
- Develop, implement, and measure best practices for the creation and management of metadata that are rigorous and scalable, allowing users to quickly search and discover marketing assets.
- Develop and manage protocol and mechanisms for internal user account creation, permissions assignment, and perform routine user audits.
- Create and maintain functionality of all new catalogs, user permissions roles, filters, etc.
- Be responsible for organization, accessibility, and preservation of the digital asset library
- Create all training and documentation materials
- Collect and report on metrics
- Perform regular vendor reviews
- Gather requirements, write BRDs, secure resourcing, and product manage system enhancements that add value to the DAMS

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 3 years digital asset management experience
- Experience managing metadata
- Experience managing digital rights management
- Experience cataloguing and building digital asset taxonomies
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Bachelor's Degree of equivalent experience
