Beijing Device OS Team is looking for an outstanding Engineering Technician who combines superb technical skills with a passion for building and maintenance of lab and DUTs, ensure healthy quality of lab test environment as well as help and own the lab's current capabilities. The successful candidate will be obsessed with quality improvement, help to generate automation runs and collect data to increase operational efficiency.This person must collaborate well with DA andQA Team. We're looking for people who obsess over solving a technical issue. Additionally, Lab Technicians are excited about helping testing associates expand their troubleshooting abilities. If you enjoy problem-solving, love new technologies, want to keep devoting him/herself into lab environment in advanced class and can do this always with a friendly tone, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities include maintaining all aspects of the Fire OS device labs, supports spaces and equipment resources, including hardware and software, update all lab infrastructure, equipment, and software configurations. Ensure availability of test equipment and parts. Understanding internal-customer use cases, strong device troubleshooting skills. Organize and maintain stock of critical test equipment, third party devices, prototype devices for troubleshooting.
You will work directly with test automation associates, peer QA teams.

Basic Qualifications

· Strong ability in Lab Set up and Device Testing Environment, such as network, circuit and computer OS in lab (Linux/Windows)
· Experience with proper laboratory, safety, and housekeeping practices
· Strong sense of ownership with attention to detail and organization skills
· Prioritize work in logic way, action oriented and self-disciplined
· Creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent technical support
· Ability to demonstrate learning and decision making skills
· Comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to communicate correctly and clearly with internal teams, be able to independently attend US meetings
