Job description

IBM Advanced Analytics is looking to strengthen the team with a strongly motivated Data Scientist who will support the current and future development of our internal pipeline for influence analytics and opinion leader scouting.
In this context we are looking for a data scientist with Python, database management, and R skills to support opinion leader identification exercises and create network visualizations of how these opinion leaders interact.

Responsibilities:
·  Operations
·  Run the analytics pipeline from raw data to reports on a regular basis (2-4 deliverables per month). This pipeline is built using Python and Cypher, to create graph databases (Neo4j) from custom biomedical publications and clinical studies.
·  Adapt the front-end app to different use cases using R, to create custom user-friendly visualizations of the graph databases.
·  Development
·  Automate different parts of the analytics pipeline using python, bash scripts and other tools.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Hands on experience with Python (especially pandas, py2neo, networkx, seaborn, matplotlib)
·  Experience in database management, Cypher and graph databases is a plus
·  Hands on experience with R, especially Shiny
·  Comfortable with Git, working on a Linux environment
·  Strong communication skills towards peer data scientists
·  Ability to work individually and in teams
·  DWH knowledge is considered a plus
