Amazon Incentives help corporations to reach their marketing, HR and digital transformation objectives through the use of incentives. We are recruiting a Corporate Business Development Manager (m/f) to create relationships with some of the largest companies in Germany. The ideal candidate will be experienced in targeting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals (>€1MM) with C-Level decision makers. The role will also require close collaboration with key stakeholders within Amazon, such as Legal, Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other business units across Amazon.
You will be responsible to take a high performing business to the next level, and will represent Amazon when negotiating with banks, insurers and telco carriers. Other responsibilities include:
· Create a strategic business development plan to reach objectives.
· Liaise with other Amazon corporate departments such as AWS, AMG, Amazon Pay, …to create customized solutions for your corporate prospects.
· Report performance to the Amazon Incentives leadership team in the EU and US
