Digital Media Associate

Responsible for day to day support of high-quality conference room configurations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Manages the components of inbound/outbound product workflow while developing solutions to guarantee operational effectiveness and global scalability. Tier 1 support for troubleshooting and reporting conference room issues as they arise. Works on the Global IT Operations team to ensure seamless planning and execution of onsite Events/Meetings.

The Digital Media Associate position serves as the main point of assistance and oversight for all conference room physical setup and teardown in conjunction with Global IT operations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Table/Chair/ physical equipment setup/strike. Potential 1st tier event/troubleshooting/operation/maintenance including: video cameras and equipment, computer laptops, DVD, MP3, or other media players, video projectors, VTC endpoints, audio systems and their components, telephones, document cameras, and other miscellaneous AV-related equipment or cabling.
· Proactive system checks of AV/VC conference rooms to ensure functionality.

· Adjust work schedule to meet Amazon business needs.

· Analyze then establish new AV processes and/or improve existing processes, to bring efficiency, productivity.

· Provide productive feedback and process improvement ideas to improve the service.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
· 1-3 years experience working in facilities related field or corporate conference room space.

Preferred qualifications
· Associates degree in the Arts and Science of equivalent field

· Minimum of 1-3 years working in the AV space including setting and striking of rooms and troubleshooting AV equipment issues.

· Ability to configure conference room layouts for meetings/events that require a layout change.
