DESCRIPTION

If yes, then you may be a great fit to join the Amazon Core Machine Learning team for an internship in 2018.

Your responsibilities
· Design, development and evaluation of highly innovative and efficient machine learning algorithms
· Working closely with software engineers to drive production model implementations and new feature creations
· Tracking general business activity and providing clear, compelling management reporting on a regular basis
· Research and implement novel machine learning solutions

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· PhD student in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Operational Research, or in a highly quantitative field
· Hands-on experience with probabilistic machine learning
· Experience in Python or Java/Scala programming
· Communication and data presentation skills
· Problem solving ability
