We're looking for business analyst who will work closely with various stakeholders world-wide such as Product Management, Finance, Operations, Regional Capacity Planners, Hiring and Training to help them make data-driven business decisions. In this role, the Business Analyst will support Global Planning by leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review processes; analyzing data to drive prioritization work, and completing ad-hoc analysis such as understanding impact of Human Centered Product Design on Customer Service Associate (CSA) effectiveness and deep-diving on impacts on automation. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and a thought leader, with the ability to deep dive while thinking big. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong sense of curiosity and initiative, focus on generating results within tight deadlines, and maintain a high standard of personal and professional integrity and ethics.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field
· 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role
· 3+ years' experience in data modeling, ETL development, and Data Warehousing
· 3+ years' experience with BI/DW/ETL projects.
· Strong background in data relationships, modeling, and mining
· Technical guru; SQL expert
· Strong communication and data presentation skills
· Strong problem solving ability
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms
· Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau
· Analytical horsepower to break down complex problems, and a strong will to get things done and deliver results
· Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
· Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with BI Engineers and Data Scientist to mine the right data sources efficiently and accurately
· Superior verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external organizations
