Poste et missions:
As a a Procure To Pay (P2P) Manager, you will join the Administrative & Finance Department. Your role will be to make a diagnosis of the current purchasing process and develop tools to automate purchase management and improve the cash management of the Group. Your missions will be as follows:
Diagnosis of the existing cash-out process in the different departments and defining the priorities to improve the cash-out.
Set up processes to improve the cash-out of Amaris, improving the existing tool with the General Services department.
Identify the paths of improvement by talking to the different departments (General Services, Finance, Events, Human Resources) and understanding their current challenges. 
 
Work with the Accounting and Controlling departments in order to follow the Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) of all the Group entities.
Set up a monthly reporting to present to the CFO and Deputy CFOs emphasizing the main points of attention and issues to tackle.
Profil:
You have a Master’s degree in corporate finance, professional experience in corporate finance and project management.
You are bold, enthusiast, rigorous and have an excellent command of English and French.
Business oriented, you have good communication skills and leadership. You can adapt your work to the daily business fluctuations.
