Your objectives :
Business development
Start your business by acquiring and retaining new customers
Recruitment and team management
Locally recruit and structure a diverse team of talent
Support them in carrying out their projects
Support them in their career development through your management
Management of your profit centre
Lead the daily life of your structure (financial management) and provide the best working conditions for your team
To assist you in your success, your coach will be present to give you personalized support on all aspects of the profession.
Your ambition and results can quickly lead you to evolve to various management positions.
Profil:
Excellent profile coming from a high ranking Business or Engineer School (Bac+5); and you would like to work in a demanding environment where excellence is your drive
Structured and organized, but you also have a « competitive and entrepreneurial» character
You are fluent in English, German and ideally another language.
