Summary Overview of Responsibilities:

You will be part of a team which is in charge of end to end ownership of products and solutions for testing automation as part of Change/Release management process. This includes the support, maintenance and further development of following tools: Houston Web, Application Checkout, PPT automation and SiTi.

Major Responsibilities:

· Develop software according to Amadeus Standards, and to offer the best usability for operational activities
· Analyse user needs and design, code, test, debug, document and maintain software solutions for operational need
· Conduct unit, package and performance tests of the software and ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines
· Support the end user in the test and production phase by debugging existing software solutions in response to Problem Tracking Records (PTR), Change Requests (CR) issued from users of the services and handle incidents according to the Incident Management Process
· Be curious, eager to learn and stay familiar with current and future technologies and trends.

Know How / Skills

· Basic knowledge and experience of/in
· Java, Shell, Python, JavaScript, Angular2
· MySQL, Couchbase, MongoDB
· Apache, JBoss
· Linux operating system & administration (RHEL or SLES)
· Network Communication Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTP/S)
· Basic experience in Software Engineering methodologies and development cycle (Open Source development, GIT), and Continuous Integration and testing methods (Jenkins)
· Positive and collaborative attitude, willing to relate and work closely with others

· Fluent in English

Relevant Job Experience

· University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

· 1 - 2 years of relevant (work) experience in Software development
