Summary Overview of Responsibilities:

Planning and Co-ordination Service is responsible for defining and managing the portfolio of infrastructure services. As part of its responsibilities it is interfacing with internal/external customers and service providers.

The job activity encompasses the following areas:

· Financial management
· Business case management
· Demand management
· Service governance and management
· Project management

Major Responsibilities:

In more detail, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

· Support facilitating the financial, business case and demand management process(es)
· Support facilitating the service governance and management especially in regards to cloud services
· Support in tracking and processing business case/demand requests adhering to the defined standards
· Support facilitating the Resource Budget Process, both during its creation and monthly control
· Support maintaining the Business Management set of tools (such as Sharepoint list, Excel files, Amadeus Management Suite)
· Support developing and reporting on Budget, Sizing and time spent

Relevant Job Experience:

1. Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)

• University degree in Economics, Finance or IT and/or equivalent professional experience

· Holding relevant certificates is not required but would be a plus

2. Know How / Skills

· Basic knowledge of process and project management, particularly with respect to budget and planning processes
· First experience with budget planning and manpower sizing in an IT Operations organization is a plus
· Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure elements and XaaS service concepts
· Service oriented mentality
· Good organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills.
· Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and with MS Office suite.
· Good presentation and communication skills.
· Team player, self-motivated, and ability to work independently and pro-actively
· Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, and proven ability to drive results in a complex, multicultural environment and at different hierarchical levels.
· Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint is a plus

3. Relevant Job Experience

· First experience in a similar environment would be a plus
