Summary Overview of Responsibilities:

The Junior Learning Specialist coordinates and organizes learning & development activities according to learning needs analysis and in alignment with global talent management strategy to support our global business objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
·
Organizing all internal and external technical and soft-skill trainings (including e.g. creating of respective purchase orders, scheduling, attendee registration, quality check through training evaluation and follow-up)
First contact for trainers for support and guidance (i.e. trainer pick-up, site introduction)
Setting up learning & development activities in the annual training plan based on the learning needs analysis and PDP results in alignment with the training budget
Coordinate availability of eLearning’s and assignment of those to respective target groups
Supporting the business with customized training needs in alignment with team peers
Ensuring transparency on learning and development activities, publishing annual training plan in the intranet, highlighting Talent activities in the intranet, info screens and via other communication channels
Maintaining the infrastructure and technical requirements in the training facilities with support of respective technical teams
Accountable for administrative tasks such as training room bookings, final training checks, material orders and pick-ups, invoice coordination and invoicing through SAP
Qualification & Requirements for the position:
1. Qualification

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
First education or equivalent work experience in People & Culture Talent Management
2. Know How / Skills
Service-minded
Capability to communicate in a professional, effective and friendly manner
Precise and well organized style of working
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Excellent English language skills - oral and written
Microsoft package, proficiency in SuccessFactors LMS tool, social media understanding, others an asset
Experience in the area of P&C to understand interdependencies
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
High level of proactivity
3. Relevant Job Experience
·
Minimum 1-2 year work experience within P&C in an international environment
