We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support across the full range of generalist HR functions. This exciting new role offers you the opportunity to develop your generalist skills across key delivery areas while specialising in Talent & Development.

About the role:

You will partner with staff and managers across all organisational levels as well as with HR colleagues across APAC and in our corporate HQ in Madrid to contribute to the development, implementation and execution of the talent strategy for our Australia and New Zealand offices. This exciting role has scope for initiative and offers the chance to develop talent initiatives based on the successful candidate’s previous experience and best practices.

Your main responsibilities will be:

· Leading the Learning & Development function
· Being in charge of Induction and Onboard programs
· Support our recruitment activities
· Shape our employer brand
· Drive internal and external Human Resources communications

About you:

You will have minimum 3 years of HR related work experience with exposure to a number of HR functional areas. You will also have:

· Tertiary qualification in HR and/or equivalent Cert IV Training & Development
· Specialist knowledge, skills and experience in talent management and/or L&D
· Knowledge of current HR best practice and employment relations
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills
· Demonstrated initiative with the ability to contribute new ideas
· Desire to work flexibly to be effective as part of a small team
· Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
