V.I.E (m/f) Recruiting
Your tasks
- As V.I.E (m/f) Recruiting you continue to expand the V.I.E program within the ALTEN GmbH, moreover, you are the link to our colleagues from ALTEN SA in France
- Within our Recruiting team you are responsible for the whole V.I.E recruiting starting with the candidate search up to the final job offer. In general you support our German Recruiting for positions in the technical environment
- You work closely with Business Managers and our technical direction, you create qualification profiles and write job descriptions
- Furthermore, you use business networks or job fairs for contacting candidates
- You are the contact person for our applicants, you do the candidate pre-selection, schedule job interviews and accompany the application process
- You establish concepts und guidelines how the V.I.E will be integrated in their work and you are in close exchange with internal departments
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree and have first experience in form of internships or thesis, ideally in recruiting and/or personnel marketing
- Further more, you have a positive attitude and good communication skills
- In addition, you are a team oriented and proactive person with affinity to technical topics
- You are familiar with MS office
- You have good organizational skills and know how to prioritize
- Good German and English skills complete your profile, knowledge of French is a plus
