Join us as V.I.E (m/f) Junior Business Partner Personnel Department
in Munich, Germany
Your tasks:
- Consulting employees and management in all HR relevant questions(approx. 180 Employees)
- Preparing work contracts and all administrative HR documents
- Administrative HR activities like generating and editing digital personnel files, analysis of HR topics, reporting of HR topics to other departments
- Preparing all information for the monthly payroll
- Supporting HR projects
Your profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree of Business Management or comparable
- First experience with HR
- Good experience with all MS office tools, maybe also SAP
- Very good German and English skills
