As part of our development, we are currently looking for an Integrated Management System Coordinator who will be based in our head office at the heart of London City.
Missions:
In line with its steady growth, ALTEN Ltd currently offers a position for someone to assist in the preparation and maintenance of the IMS Certification (EN9100 etc). You will be in charge of:
- Checking the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company’s objectives
- Coordinating the renewal of strategic certifications
- Liaising with the various departments of the company in regards to IMS certification
- Promoting awareness to all individuals of the organization on the IMS Standards and other existing policies and procedures of the company through trainings and presentations
- Supporting GDPR compliance processes

Qualifications required:
You are qualified with a Bachelor or Master’s degree level.
During your studies and/or your previous experiences, you have gained knowledge and practical experience in a similar environment (IMS, GDPR, etc).
