Job description:
Your assignment consists in consolidating and analyzing the operational data from ALTEN in Japan. You will report directly to the International Finance Department in Paris.
Main contact with Headquarters in Paris, you will be the interface between the local management and the Paris International Financial Department.
You will work closely with the local accounting team, to prepare and analyze the P&L and the main KPIs of the activity (headcounts, timesheet ratios, Revenue per customers…). You will be involved in the analysis of profitability by project.
You will discuss with the local business managers to help them understand and monitor the activity. You will build the monthly presentations for the local management team and the Paris Headquarter financial team.
Your profile:
You are a Japanese native speaker and speak either French or English fluently. You have a good understanding of the Japanese culture.
Graduated from an engineering or business school, you are autonomous, rigorous, organized, dynamic and open-minded. Pro-active, and business oriented, you are also diplomat with your key interlocutors.
You have already worked in the field of business controlling & KPI’s deployment and you have a good financial knowledge (i.e. P&L, BS…). You are an expert in the advanced commands of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, Pivot Table, Add-in).
