Financial Analyst
Based in Greensboro, NC
You will report directly to Xdin’s head of finance, you will analyze past and present financial data of organization and estimates future revenues and expenditures, applying principles of finance.
Your main tasks will be the following ones:
- Prepare analysis to support operations using disparate data sources
- Analyze complex financial information to identify underlying business drivers and trends to deliver improved sales and profitability
- Participation to the implementation of a new ERP system
- Develop, manage and monitor key performance indicators
- Provide business partners with ongoing financial insight into operational performance
- Develop cross-functional partnerships with and effectively communicate financial information to partner teams
- Drive implementation of financial planning best practices
- Support annual planning process as well as to ongoing forecasting process
Your profile:
- Graduated from a business school / IAE,
- You have a first successful experience in business control or audit (2-3 years of professional experience including trainings and apprenticeship)
- You are an expert in the advanced commands of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, TCD)
- You have a good human contact and a critical mindset, you are autonomous, rigorous, figures oriented, dynamic, with a very good synthesis spirit.
- You are looking for a challenging, demanding but rewarding position
- Fluent English
