OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :
The candidate will work as Junior Project Controller on MERVAL and Rancagua express (EFE) projects
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
- Support Project Control Team in standardizing a detailed Risk and Opportunities Matrix, with specific triggering events, in order to improve visibility and actions to mitigate/enhance them.
- Support Operating Controller to ensure top-down actions are properly implemented in projects.
- Support constant follow ups of KPIS and key actions to ensure those are met : cash collection, revenue milestones, etc.
- Support the standardization of data and data assumptions for cost to come estimates
- Gather information on gaps/challenges within different functions to meet a straightforward data collection workflow
- Analyze data collected and support Finance Team on the evaluation and implementation of solution to eliminate the gaps: tailoring of SAP reports, excel spreadsheets, ADEL extracts, etc.
- Support on IFRS15 implementation in projects assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accouting
- Expert Knowledge in MS Excel
- Organized skills, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience in project or cost accounting
- Fluent in English
