JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In a multicultural and fast paced environment, The assistant to the WA Central Process manager and Controller will contribute to:
- Produce the WA Policy Administration reportings.
-Support the PA RMs on their KPIs by providing pre-analysed / identified issues where to focus
- Develop training on process and maintain the WA PA newcomer kit, ensures a thorough knowledge and deep
understanding of the technicalities (business or tools) across the full worldwide community, provides on-the-spot
and ad-hoc trainings when needed and uses Chatter as a main media
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
- Strong skills in Excel 2010 (Pivot table) and Agile with Power Point. digital communication tools (e.g. Skype,
chatter, Klaxoon, Prezi, Powtoon, …)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work with different cultures
- Good Analytical skills
