JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The position provides you with the opportunity to work on projects and initiatives aimed at building Project and Distribution skills and expertise at Allianz. In more detail, this includes the following responsibilities:
- Help shape and build the internal broker expert community by contributing to the organization and content preparation of regular community meetings, including project and budget management e.g. workshops, etc.
- Facilitate internal broker channel online community e.g. postings, uploads, comments etc.
- Collect and analyze broker network data to further build and improve trusted relationships for Allianz
- Support creation and description of digital broker assets (e.g. training opportunities) and building the toolbox, by researching and creating the respective materials
- General support, e.g., preparation of top-management presentations, status reports, webinar facilitation, research etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate can demonstrate an organized approach to administration, ability to multi-task and prioritize, work on their own initiative and have excellent communication skills.

Your profile:
- University degree in business, marketing or computer sciences would be preferred
- Background/interest in sales and digital solutions
- Affinity with communication
- Ability to work from own initiative and be proactive
- Ability to translate ideas and complex interfaces into creative formats
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English is a must
