Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in administration & logistics process to deliver internal/external trainings: venue & material coordination, customer management, participant registration and assistance
Training evaluation including feedback evaluations, reports and trends
Supporting the organization of special events
Maintenance of OPEX databank and operative communication including promotional newsletters, community maintenance and portal marketing
Ad hoc tasks
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
University student in Business, Psychology or related fields
Previous work experience (jobs or internships) required, international (work) experience desirable
Advanced computer skills (MS PowerPoint and Word a must, Excel desirable)
Fluent in written and spoken English, German highly desirable, other languages a plus
Desired requirements /skills /experience
Flexibility, enthusiasm, organizational skills, quick learner
Strong affinity for teamwork and cooperation in small work teams
Ability to handle time pressure/deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy, highly customer-focused
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Starting date: Immediately for 6 months or longer
Working student position: part time (20 h/week)
Salary working student position: 1.700 € (Bachelor students) - 1.900 € (Master students) (on a full time base)
Location: Munich
Requirement: Enrollment as a fulltime student
