JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As working student (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Transformations team for the lines of business Travel, Assistance and Digital (TAD) in:

Delivering Smart Automation and Innovation Activities (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Voice/ChatBot, Visual Interactive Voice Response) Operations to foster the digital transformation of the Group
Selecting processes and conducting feasibility assessments in the area of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence
Developing timelines and milestones for the implementation of Smart Automation and documenting the related costs and benefits realized
Processing ad-hoc management requests, including preparation of board level presentations
Monitoring the Business Units adherences to the Groups budgetary targets
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience and skills required:

Ideally first working experiences in the area of Robotics und Artificial Intelligence
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to produce high quality deliverables
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering and team player
Comfortable in a changing environment, where ability to react and handle short-notice requests is expected
Fluent in English and German/ French as an advantage
Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job start and duration: 22nd October 2018 / minimum 6 months
