JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall support of the team on all reinsurance / underwriting administrative duties
Support in document / filing / clean-up tasks
Align with other departments, communicate and exchange with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in renewal process of reinsurance contracts
Check the input and output data of all handled processes for plausibility and accuracy
Ad hoc support on selected further tasks within the department
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Fluent in written and spoken English
Process adaptability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, manage and meet deadlines
Maintaining high quality of work with high attention to details even under time pressure
Ability to work in an international and dynamic environment
Insurance knowledge is beneficial
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job start and duration: asap 2018 /16-20 hours per week
