Support global talent and learning initiatives to ensure identified needs are adequately considered and initiatives implemented in the regions
Support strategic topics based on the companies' priorities
Identify development needs in all lines of business by working closely with the regional Learning Managers
Coordinate and promote the global AGCS Academy learning offerings by taking local learning needs into account, ensuring timely training evaluation and reporting
Actively support the global development programs at AGCS in adjusting the concept to regional needs and the AGCS strategy
Contact person for our Learning Management System (LMS)
Serve as key point of contact for all L&D-related topics and tools (e.g. 360° Feedback tool) for the Regions
Run global learning and development reporting and provide key metrics
Drive on-boarding (e.g. develop training materials) of all employees on career path topic
Design and drive campaigns to increase development plans for all employees
Updating our intranet pages in terms of layout and content
Working on global projects
+ 3 years of experience in a similar environment
Experience in working across all hierarchical levels in a global set-up
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a structured approach, fast learning and attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English, German skills would be a plus
Strong analytical skills and digital affinity
Ability to work in an international team
Experience with Success Factors LMS (Learning Management System) or similar
Involvement in global projects
