JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively support the timely and accurate delivery of reports and information (e.g., North America and Global Operations updates, Ops Dashboard, FFF and ATP progress).
Serve as coordinator for Policy Administration Audits (internal and external), working with Operations teams to produce supporting documentation.
Support statutory over ninety (SON) and Unallocated Cash management.
Manage own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.
Adhere to risk management and compliance procedures.
Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and follow-up of all accounts.
Support Operations reporting applications (e.g., ProTracker, eReports, OPMS, Daily Close Notification, and IMAC Requests).
Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers, including Underwriting, Accounts/Credit Control, Reinsurance Accounts and Brokers, attending relevant meetings, as required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience with policy administration or, alternatively, experience with administrative tasks in other businesses;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with relevant business applications and systems;
Ability to continuously develop technical and systems knowledge, as well as business and insurance understanding;
Sound understanding of relevant products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages;
Intermediate level of understanding of policy administration life cycle, including information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, and cancellation;
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills; and
Time management skills, including scheduling tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities.
