JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager in the CAT Risk Services unit, your focus will be to lead the transformation from project into the Line/Service Organization, and horizontal enablement of cross function teams. You will also:
Create and execute project plans, schedule project deliverables, milestones and tasks, including revisions where necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of each project
Support CTA Program and actively steer joint projects with external partners, as needed
Integrate best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress into projects and provide feedback for improvement
Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise mitigation actions
Ensure project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Masters level degree in computer science, mathematics, business informatics or in another technical field of study or strong IT related education background
Have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in IT
Technical understanding of IT landscape, focusing on BI & Big Data area
Be able to develop a detailed project plans, project timelines and track progress
Proactive and be able to support and direct multi-functional teams
Have excellent oral, written and presentation skills, in English
Working self-responsible, independent and high degree of conceptual thinking
Ideally, experience with agile methods (SCRUM/Kanban) and with knowledge of PRINCE2/ITIL methodologies
Ability to maintain momentum on a project and will diligently follow every detail through to its completion
